In February 2007, your BBB had to take expulsion action against a member that failed to meet our membership standards. Companies with unanswered complaints have numerous opportunities to respond to the BBB and participate in the BBB conciliation, mediation or arbitration services afforded consumers and businesses.
Guaranteed Roofing Services of Santa Fe, NM was expelled from BBB membership on February 8, for not responding to customer complaints.
